Ian Mullins is the Founder and CEO of AdSpruce, a leading programmatic mobile video technology company. Ian is passionate about mobile technology and has over 15 years' experience in the mobile industry. He is an expert in mobile video delivery, HTML5 ads, data analysis and targeting of video ads to mobile phones and has extensive experience with advertising technologies as well as real-time ad decisioning and tracking. Ian holds an MSc in IT and Data Communications (Distinction) from Lancaster University and a degree in Business and Finance from Swansea University.
